EXCHANGES

At KYRIA, we want you to fully enjoy your purchase. That's why we offer the possibility of exchanges on all our products, except for earrings, for hygiene and health reasons.

Conditions and Timeframe for Exchanges: You can request an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Make sure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. The price paid at the time of purchase will be honored.


How to request an exchange:
Contact us via direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp. Let us know you would like to make an exchange, along with your order number or the name of the purchaser, and send us a photo of the product.


Exchange Options:

  • Showroom: Once we receive your message, we will send you the available days and times for you to visit our showroom and make the exchange.
  • Motorcycle Delivery: If you're in CABA, we can arrange for a motorcycle to pick up the item you wish to exchange and deliver the new accessory. Please note that shipping costs for this service are the responsibility of the buyer and will be informed when coordinating.
  • Mail: If you prefer to do the exchange by mail, we will send you a return label to attach to the package. Once received, we will send you the new accessory. Keep in mind that the shipping costs for both the original product and the new one are the responsibility of the buyer.


WARRANTY

If your product arrives damaged or has a defect within 30 days of purchase and cannot be repaired, don't worry! Contact us, and we will guide you through the replacement or exchange process.

The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, or damage from impacts, scratches, drops, color loss, or breakage due to improper use or care, as these are not considered manufacturing defects.
