EXCHANGES
At KYRIA, we want you to fully enjoy your purchase. That's why we offer the possibility of exchanges on all our products, except for earrings, for hygiene and health reasons.
Conditions and Timeframe for Exchanges: You can request an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Make sure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. The price paid at the time of purchase will be honored.
How to request an exchange: Contact us via direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp. Let us know you would like to make an exchange, along with your order number or the name of the purchaser, and send us a photo of the product.

WARRANTY
If your product arrives damaged or has a defect within 30 days of purchase and cannot be repaired, don't worry! Contact us, and we will guide you through the replacement or exchange process.
The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, or damage from impacts, scratches, drops, color loss, or breakage due to improper use or care, as these are not considered manufacturing defects.
